Brandon Hance
As Chief Executive Officer, Brandon Hance leads strategy, finance and operations for Angeleno. Before venturing into real estate development, he was a two-time tech entrepreneur that successfully sold his first business to Platinum Equity Partners and The Gores Group, and his second business to Zazzle. Beyond his professional achievements, Brandon is a dedicated community leader. He serves as the Chairman of the Los Angeles chapter of Gen Next, a network of leaders passionate about tackling generational challenges in economic growth, education, and global security. As a long-time resident of Los Angeles, he graduated from the University of Southern California where he was a quarterback on the two-time national championship football team.

Sterling Jawitz
As Chief Investment Officer, Sterling Jawitz brings over 15 years of experience in real estate. He has spearheaded over 100 projects, from multifamily and commercial mixed-use to retail, self-storage and student housing. His expertise spans negotiating lease agreements, management contracts, public-private partnerships, closings, and complex equity and debt structures. He also has a knack for integrating technology with real estate, previously consulting real estate tech companies with their market entry and fostering partnerships with property owners. He was also the first employee and Head of Real Estate at Common Living Inc., where he focused on creating affordable housing through innovative design and operations. Sterling is actively pursuing a Master’s in Architecture and is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Chinese, Finance, and Political Science.

George Spadier
As Head of Capital Markets, George Spadier leads all capital markets activity for Angeleno, overseeing the structuring and execution of debt and equity transactions across the firm's platform. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, he has successfully closed billions of dollars in capital throughout his career. Prior to joining Angeleno, George served as a Managing Director in Berkadia's Los Angeles office, where he specialized in originating debt and equity transactions in the housing sector. Before Berkadia, he spent six years with a Los Angeles-based mortgage banking firm as a top producer, arranging financing for clients nationwide. Earlier in his career, George was at PennyMac during the Great Financial Crisis, where he provided pricing and analysis for the acquisition, disposition, and management of a multi-billion-dollar non-performing loan portfolio. A Los Angeles native, George is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), serving on both the Investor and Origination Councils.
